Agreement To Work With Samantha Boss LLC & Team

This Agreement is entered into between Samantha Boss, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and the undersigned participant (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) for the purpose of creating a parenting plan draft.

1. DESIGN DRAFT PROCESS

The design of the parenting plan draft is a collaborative process. The Service Provider will provide a Parenting Plan Questionnaire which the Client must complete and return within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire:

  • The first draft will be delivered within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days.
  • The Client will review and submit edits using the Comments feature in the shared Google Doc and notify the assigned team member via email. The Client is not permitted to make a copy of the document, edit it outside of the original document, and then send it back. All edits must be communicated in the comment section of the original document.
  • The second draft will be delivered within ten (10) business days of email notification that the Client’s edits are complete.
  • The final draft will be delivered within ten (10) business days of email notification that the Client’s last round of edits is complete.

The Client is strictly prohibited from sharing the Google Doc link with any third party. If it is determined that the Client has shared the document link, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately cease all work on the parenting plan without refund. The Service Provider works solely with the Client and will not communicate, collaborate, or negotiate with any third party on the Client’s behalf.

Services will be discontinued ninety (90) calendar days after purchase, and no further changes or edits will be provided beyond this time.

Scope of Edits & Service Provider Discretion
Each round of edits is intended for reasonable, concise revisions that clarify or refine the parenting plan consistent with the original scope and direction agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

If, in the Service Provider’s discretion, requested edits reflect a material change in scope or direction, require substantial restructuring or rewriting, involve excessive volume or complexity, or introduce new plan types or living arrangements not disclosed prior to drafting (including step-up plans), such requests are outside the scope of this package. In such cases, the Service Provider may, at its discretion, either decline the requested edits or proceed upon payment of an additional $500 scope expansion fee.

The Service Provider reserves the right to require clarification, consolidation, or narrowing of edit requests in order to proceed.

Important: Your plan will be written for one living arrangement — either a local plan or a long-distance plan. If you need both, please let us know before we begin. An additional fee applies for creating a second plan.

Definition of Business Days and Holidays
All delivery timelines are based on business days only, which are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. We do not count calendar days toward delivery windows. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1st), Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday (third Monday in January), Lincoln’s Birthday (February 12th), Washington’s Birthday (third Monday in February), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19th), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Columbus Day (second Monday in October), Veterans Day (November 11th), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day (December 25th). If any of these holidays fall within a scheduled drafting period, the timeline will pause for that day and resume the following business day.
