I am a mom of 2 sets of children, my OG’s as they call themselves, are from my divorce with my ex. They turn 20 and 18 this year, one working his ass off at work and my other nailing down college prospects. I met my unicorn 8 years ago and we have two boys which I had when I was 40 and 41, they turn 5 and 6 this year. My ex and I started our divorce in 2008 and we spent 8 years in a battle over just about everything you can think of. I didn’t know what gaslighting was back then, there were no parenting apps, and everything came to my mailbox to open and read on my own…it was hell. I have come so far since then and now I am living the dream of taking my hell and making sure others don’t go through it alone.
I am sure you have seen me on TikTok and heard my stories, my tips and tricks. Most of it comes from my own personal journey through my high conflict divorce with my high conflict co-parent. I was alone during my battle and would have given anything to have someone like myself or to be surrounded by others going through something similar at the same time.
I have helped thousands of clients during zoom sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and phone calls and what I have noticed is there is healing in being around others that are going through the same thing. I want you to feel supported in your journey. I want you to hear ideas from not only me but from others going through the same thing.
